Biennial Convention Welcome Ceremony

* Day 1 of the 2015 NCCOC Biennial Statewide convention got underway with welcoming remarks from COL Jeri Graham, USA, Ret., NCCOC President.
* Pictured below right is COL Ed Baisden, USA, Ret., NC Council Treasurer providing COL Barry Wright with the "Official Welcome - Reconnect/Connect/Learn/Build" program with all the weekend activities and highlights.
