MOAA Annual Meeting Levels of Excellence Awards Dinner

* The Levels of Excellence Awards Dinner was held at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington, VA on Monday, October 27th.
* MOAA Chairman, GEN. John H. Tilelli, Jr., USA (Ret.) (pictured above) opened the dinner with remarks about the leadership and service of all the Council and Chapter representatives present. He followed with the recognition and presentation of individual awards to the Auxiliary Excellence Award Winner, Top Recruiting Chapter of the Year and the Chapter Recruiter of the Year.
* The 5-Star and 4-Star Levels of Excellence Streamers were then presented to the more than 130 Council and Chapters at the meeting.
