Urge Congress to Stop Predatory VA Claims Agents and Protect Veterans’ Earned Benefits : Contact your representative and urge them to support the GUARD VA Benefits Act. This legislation restores enforcement authority and criminal penalties for unaccredited individuals and companies that illegally charge veterans and survivors for VA disability claims assistance.
