Subject: MEDIA ADVISORY: Congressmen Hold Press Conference on Military Surviving Spouses Equity Act
The House and now the Senate have reached the number to get the “Widow Tax Bill” to the floor of both chambers.
Thanks for all the help from the MOAA members for their support and interaction with the Federal delegation in making this happen.
I am sorry to say, that three members of the delegation, Senator Graham, Congressman Clyburn, and Congressman Rice are not co-sponsors. Please call their offices and ask them to get on a winning bill.
Kind regards,
David
